People expect a buzz from these beverages and that's just ridiculous but adaptogens and nootropics are suppose to help the nervous system, stress, memory, creativity, and motivation. I did not notice anything significant that would make the price point any type of acceptable.The taste is absolutely awful, that might explain all the mocktail recipes they want you to use to cover up the awful taste. Even though thye claim it effects everyone different which does not make any sense of how adaptogens and nootropics work. They either work or they don't, not that they will effect every person different.If they enter your body they will work and I didn't notice any difference so I can't say what is in these drinks. I did notice the high road was a nice purple and the deamlight was a nasty color of brown so that did not match the picture. I would assume since they charge way too much and hype up a product that clearly doesn't work that it sat around until it lost it's nicer color. I would not recommend this product. I would recommend powered adaptogens and nootropics because the drink is mixed and ready in a volume when you are.
